BRANNONS HAS IMPLEMENTED THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS AND TEAM MEMBERS:
- THE DOORS ARE LOCKED TO CONTROL BUILDING ACCESS.
- CUSTOMERS ARE ASKED TO CALL 408-448-3000 TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SCREENING TO DETERMINE THE BEST WAY TO BE SERVED.
- MOST TRANSACTIONS CAN BE HANDLED OVER THE PHONE AND WILL NOT REQUIRE ACCESS TO THE SHOWROOM.
- HANDICAPPED PARKING IS LOCATED AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.
- CUSTOMERS SHOULD CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICLE WHILE WAITING FOR SERVICE;
- IF ACCESS TO THE SHOWROOM IS NECESSARY, CUSTOMERS MUST AGREE TO:
- DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR ARE FEELING ILL;
- ONLY 1 PATIENT WITH A CAREGIVER WILL BE ADMITTED, NO MORE THAN 4 TOTAL CUSTOMERS AT ONE TIME WILL BE ADMITTED;
- SNEEZE AND COUGH INTO A CLOTH OR TISSUE, OR IF NOT AVAILABLE, INTO YOUR ELBOW
- FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
- DO NOT SHAKE HANDS, OR ENGAGE IN UNNECESSARY PHYSICAL CONTACT
- MINIMIZE CONTACT WITH ANY PRODUCTS IN OUR SHOWROOM TO PREVENT INFECTION.
