Brannons Medical has strong relationships with Hospice providers throughout Santa
Clara, San Benito, and Monterey counties and is a preferred provider for both Hospice of the Central Coast and Hospice of the Valley. Transitioning to hospice care is never an easy decision, and is frequently is made after the patient
has already received home medical equipment. If Brannons is already providing the patient equipment, this transition happens
without any inconvenience to the patient. When a change in equipment providers is required, Brannons is committed to
making the transition with the least possible impact on the patient's comfort.
