Insurance Billing

We understand that patients want to use their insurance coverage as their preferred method of payment. Brannons will courtesy bill your claim, collecting all patient portion, co-pays, and coinsurance as required by the insurer.

 

What If My Insurance Does Not Pay the Claim?

We are happy to submit your claims and have experience filing claims to Medicare, Managed Medi-Cal Plans, and most major insurers. Many patients do not realize how much additional medical documentation, records, and compliance information is required even after the equipment has been provided. However, patients remain responsible to follow up with their insurer to verify that they are handling their claims appropriately. Brannons will pursue the claim within reason, but Brannons is entitled to be compensated for valid claims.
